Tomatoes! Considering I have absolutely no idea what I was doing planting this first batch of tomatoes, I am very grateful to harvest at least enough tomatoes for one meal. Quite an encouragement to plant more and do better next year.
We picked our first summer squash from the garden this morning! Great way to encourage the kiddo to eat his veggies. He wants to eat it right away.

Having a wet rainy summer can be a bummer for outside and pool time, but it sure is making my flowers look amazing! My thirsty squash and tomatoes appreciate the extra water too.
Ha! the stuff that grandchildren make grandparents do.
We had a great trip to the farm yesterday! Today J started calling his baby brother little piglet. =)
First fruits! Hope my tomatoes plant will ripen and continue to grow strong and healthy this summer. =) Can’t wait to harvest!
